I have been doing WW since March and only lost 9lb. This is because I keep putting on and then have to lose the weight again. Last week I was 120% as I only needed 1lb to my 5% and I STS. Gutted as I came in under points every day and didn't eat my weekly points. This week I am trying the opposite. I am eating full day points and all my weeklies. I am doing a mixture of filling and healthy and pro points, depending on what I eat. I want to eat with my family in the evening and serving them up salad every night just won't cut it. I have 10 children although only 3 now live at home. They range in age from 31 down to 11. I had 3 c-sections. I lost 5 stone on Cambridge diet 5 years ago and my weight has crept back on, mainly due to gallstones (32 of the blighters) and having to have my gallbladder removed. I swelled up and put 2 stone on in a month before I was diagnosed but didn't lose the weight afterwards. I now have 2 stone and 1lb left to lose to get down to 10 stone 5lb. I am going to keep this diary so I am accountable and hopefully get a swift kick up the butt if I stray.
