I need your advice!!!!!

I spilled my foodpack over my desk, the book I was reading and onto the floor – because I saw my husband's email coming through and in my eagerness, I went to the keyboard to open the email!

Now, I only drank less than half of my soup!!!! And I am at work! Aaaarrrgggghhh!

That means I lost more than half of my lunch - and I am just thinking about recommendend daily allowance and calories that I have lost.....

Can I have half soup when I get home to replace the lost fluids???

I wouldn't worry about the lost fluid - you will easily make that up if you do more than your 4 litres of water today. As for the vitamin and mineral content if it was me and a "one off" I'd stick with the 3 and a half packs for today but if you are uncomfortable with this then sure go ahead and have a half pack of something when you get home. You can always buy an extra pack to make up the shortfall when you next see your LLC.

I felt okay last night, so I didn't feel the need for anything extra. I weigh in tomorrow, can't wait!!! :)
