Just been for my weekly weight in and omg ive put on 2 lbs HELP, Ive not cheated since i started the plan i drink between 5-7 ltrs of water a day. Im not due on. The only thing i can think is that i have had some of the flavoured coffees from wittards vanilla, irish coffee and ameratto poss 2-3 cups a days as i got bored of normal coffee. And i had husk porridge one this week, Has any one else experienced this, im in week 20 and lost just under 5 stone. any ideas
