Well, I'm having a stern talk with myself today. I keep aiming and focusing on getting to target by the time I go to the States at Christmas but realistically, it just ain't going to happen. I've got around 20lb to lose and only 12 weeks to do it.
Sooooooooo....I'm going to aim to lose a stone before I go home and then really focus when I get back on getting to my target - hopefully by Feb.
I just have to remember it's not a race and nothing 'magical' is going to happen when I get to target. I'm still going to have to stick with the eating plan! I'm just ready for the finish line - I've never actually gotten to target on a plan before (unless you count Lighterlife).
But I'm not doing myself any good by putting pressure on myself as it's been making me self sabatoge and want to binge which then stresses me because it's taking me further from my goal. So....deep breath and chill out and just keep doing what I'm doing. I'll get there eventually!
