I QUIT!

Hi,

Well I am on week 2 approx day 12 and I give up!!

Their is no need to post to tell me not to as I have just had real food and never felt better.

I just wanted to say thanks for everyones support over the last 2 weeks and well done to everyone who is not giving up!

Unfortunately, even though I was drinking at least 3 ltrs at the least of water per day I was really light headed everytime I got up from sitting and last night I actually fainted. Anyway, I took my BP which was fine but I think my blood sugar too low as I had pins and needles in my feet and hands.

I know I am doing the right thing for me as are all you. I am going to go back on weight watchers healthy eating because I lost 2 stone in 5 weeks on this previously.

Thanks again for all your support you are all amazing and doing fantastically!

Wow!!! If I lost 2stone in 5 weeks doing WW I wouldn't swap to anything else!!!! Go back to it and stick with it! In 6 weeks on ww I lost 7lbs! Good Luck! It is all about finding what works for you.
