In a rather ludicrous move, with just 4 miles to go to complete the challenge I ran 3 and a half today! Hubby is out on the town with work people tonight and didnt want to cycle and leave his bike at work, so suggested I run in so that he could drive in and I drive the car home (we work in the same place). Didnt even cross his mind that I might just get a lift with him - I must seem like such committed athlete!

Anyway, the run to work is about 3 and a half miles, I could have just done an extra circuit around the site, but I was absolutely hanging by the time I got near work and couldnt face that extra half mile. Maybe its because I gave blood yesterday, or maybe I'm just tired.

So, just half a mile to go - next time I run I will be counting up from zero!

I've not been on for a bit (or run much, for that matter!) as have been on holiday but I knew Mandy would have done it by now - well done girl! I'm hot (ok, lukewarm) on your heels! Did the grand total of two runs while on holiday - and one today - hoping to increase my distance in the next couple of weeks!
