3.5 miles today - I didn't ache at all after yesterday's run - but now funnily enough I do a little.

You've got the edge on me for a while Shazzabir - I won't get another run in now till Monday which will be about 4/4.5 miles. Then I'm planning 8 miles on Tuesday, then that'll be it for the week I think! It's very tough getting these runs in with work at the moment, with various events etc to fit in too.

I am really enjoying this running malarkey! xx

I struggle sometimes Pinkie to fit runs in. At the moment I am trying to focus more on running, but with Xmas round the corner, I don't know how long it will last.

I fear I'm gonna have much the same problem. No chance this or next weekend. Also something weird is going on with the tendon (I think) in my left ankle/heel. Next run is planned Tuesday, so we'll see how it goes.

Used hubbys phone today for my run as my bag was stolen over the weekend :cry: but at least the GPS worked. I haven't been able to use runkeeper for over a week. An what a day for it to start working again! I ran 8.17 miles Chuffed.

Thanks hun. I was out with hubby for our Anniversary. We went for a takeaway after the pub and I realised I had no bag, went back inside and it was gone :cry: Bag, phone, money.. the works! Nightmare

I'm the same if I don't run PC. I get really grumpy, then when I run it's like a big relief and I feel great.
I have a banana and a coffee if I am doing a long run, for a 5k I just have a coffee.
I have found I run much better early morning, than I do when I get home from work.
