Well i started SW on Friday and untill today have been 100%. Then the maltesers came out at work and i just kept eating them!! Not good:sign0007:

But, instead of carrying on eating junk, i had a free dinner, with lots of fruit for pud. Before i would have just thought s*d it, i have blown it now, and eaten junk all day.

So im giving myself a big pat on the back!!!:angel09:
