I start AAM today, how much salad leaves?

I think it's going to be a bit difficult to judge 2 tablespoons of salad leaves, shall I just kind of guestimate??!!!

I think I'd rather underestimate than overestimate!!!

My chicken is cooking as we speak and I'll be chopping it up and having it cold each day!!

Hi Gem,

It is rather a small portion and I love my veggies:( the main idea is to give you a natural break every four weeks and it is just to get you use to the idea of portion sizes and it also part of the stabilization process once target weight is achieved.

What size is it, I guess it at about half a cup.

So that you don't over load the glycogen stores.

It is important to still drink at least 4 pints of water every day and you can have as much of black tea and coffee as you wish.

I find portioning up salad leaves is difficult too. I'm tempted to puree them down so I get more :p Can you tell what one of my food issues is yet? :D
