Been back to the gym today, first time in two weeks (kids back at school). I limited my walking that I do on the treadmill to 150 cals instead of my usual 40 minutes. Didn't want to collapse. Then I did my weights. I feel fine and think that this might be what I will do for the next few weeks. I did read someone saying that if you do too much then you could stop losing.
