Hi its me again
hi everyone.
I am on day 32
Had my first family event yesterday and it was unavoidable to eat what was being served as It was a sikh religous blessing. I had already planned with my cdc what I would eat and stuck to the salad and veg curry. Thats was fine, steered clear of the dessert and had a tetra in the morning. Took a bar with me in case of hungey emergency as was travelling down to london (2.5hrs journey).
Anyway, we ended up visitin other rellies and didint set off back home til 7.45pm. Food just kept being served and offered to me and they would take no for an answer. Juice came out first and I said that I would pass and just have a cup of tea, which came next, then cashew nuts followed as nibbles. Just had 1, to keep them happy. Next the indian sweets, which my hubby had half of one. They kept on insisting I had one, so again to be polite I said I would have the half my hubby had in his hand (he had took a bite out of it) and he would have another one!!!
Went out with my sil(they were invited to the same do) for a walk around the shops (both hubbies had go out to visit someone else). We got back after half hour expecting to go, but they had put some dinner on for us to have and wouldnt let us go without eating. I ended up having about 3 tablespoons of cheese topped mash, 1 fishfinger and stir fried carrotts, onions, green beans, courgettes (with oxo cube crumbled into it). the ved was stir fried in water not fat.
I just feel so devesated that I have ate this second meal. I know I shouldnt dwell on it, tomorrow another day etc.etc.
I was meant to be on aam week this week but have had to jump up to 790 due to a pending operation in a couple of weeks so that itself had me worried that i would gain weight.
I tested this morning and I am out of ketosis. I feel quite bad about that which I know is silly cos I need to be out for my operation. Just with doing so well these last 4 weeks, I didnt want to gain.
SOMEONE MAKE ME FEEL BETTER cos I feel that I have blown it.
I have got straight back onto 790 today and have not long been back fromthe gym.
