...at my scales this morning, I know weigh in isn't until the 8th (for the Sept challenge), but I just couldn't help myself. I feel very motivated at the moment :D ; I know it's probably just water weight coming off and that the first week really is the "big lose" week (which means after this it will slow down significantly) so I shouldn't be too excited, but well, it's a darn good start! I'll resist doing so again for at least 48 hours.
