    I'm reallying willing myself to stop being naughty

    I ate a choux bun without synning it first (DOH) 16 1/2 for the size it was
    So i ate a pack of chocolate caramal eggs and 3 hi-fi bars

    Luckly its day 1 so i can be super good but i dont know why i keep being so naughty naughty

    Get out a sheet of paper and write as you bite.. remember when you first started and you were doing food diaries.. you'd put yourself off eating something because you couldn't bear to write it down..
    Do it for 2 full days and the next four days will be easy enough..

    I always keep a food diary anyway well i didnt last week as i was so naughty consistantly lol

    i have now eaten everything naugty i can so i have no choice but to be good

    I am sticking labels on my fridge reminding me of the syns in cakes, chocolate, cheesecake cheese quiche

    and in the middle is my super free I am going to put the syn values on everything in my cupboard shortly using sticky labels lol I might stick a list of free foods on it too lol

    lots of stickers lol
