Breakfast- 1 boiled egg 2 slices, 400g wholemeal toast
Grapes
Lunch- Baked potato, spaghetti hoops, 1 slice eat smart honey
roast ham
Afternoon snack- fresh fruit meringue
Dinner- Chicken (marinaded in soy sauce, lemon juice, garlic,
chilli and ginger) boiled rice, veg kebabs (courgette,
peppers,onion and mushrooms)
Snacks- Plum
Mullerlight x1
Coffee with skimmed milk
I start my first class next week, not sure on my exact syns but hope im doing not too badly.
