I will be slinky for summer!

    Thurs 21/04/11

    Breakfast- 1 boiled egg 2 slices, 400g wholemeal toast
    Grapes

    Lunch- Baked potato, spaghetti hoops, 1 slice eat smart honey
    roast ham

    Afternoon snack- fresh fruit meringue

    Dinner- Chicken (marinaded in soy sauce, lemon juice, garlic,
    chilli and ginger) boiled rice, veg kebabs (courgette,
    peppers,onion and mushrooms)

    Snacks- Plum
    Mullerlight x1
    Coffee with skimmed milk

    I start my first class next week, not sure on my exact syns but hope im doing not too badly.

    Breakfast - mullerlight with grapes

    Lunch - Crackerbread x3
    Babybel light x2
    Beetroot
    Grapes
    Summer fruits Alpen bar

    Dinner - Salad mixed with rice and prawns in a
    yoghurt, gara masala, cumin spice powder, mustard seed, garlic and red chilli sauce

    snacks - mullerlight
    ww caramel wafer
    low fat super noodles
    coffee with skimmed milk

    Im not 100% sure what im doing at the mo so am grateful for any feedback
