Had so much going on this week finding it hard started 30 day shred yesterday though. I have a party Saturday night and can't make up my mind whether to drink or drive :(

hi just been lookng through your diary - i want to lose just under 1 stone and when i put what i generally eat on here some people commented that it prob wasnt enough. I find my days to be similar to yours. Also been doing 30 day shred and after 3 weeks and ten sessions i have lost 2lb - thought it would have been more to be honest so this week with the advice of others i am going to try eat more. Will try best to up my fruit and veg but not sure aobut you but i can only eat so much and what i have been eating fills me up. Will see how i go next week and keep you posted. Good luck your doing great

Thank you for looking in on my diary :) no-one has said I don't eat enough I feel like I'm eating loads though I'm still try to get off my Christmas gain hoping for 2lb off on Monday, do you use your syns ?
