Thought i would start a food diary on here until i can afford to get my monthly pass (when i get paid) so am just paying for weekly meetings at the mo and miss the internet trackers!!

Anytime:

Breakfast:

0pp 1/2 banana

Lunch:

2pp 1x Bacon
2pp 1x Egg
4pp 2x Sausage
3pp Baked beans
2pp 1x Toast

0pp 2x Pears

Dinner

7pp WW Beef Lasagne
2pp WW 1/2 garlic ciabatta
0pp salad vegetables
0pp Balsamic vinegar
2pp WW mini magnum thing!!

Drinks

...I used 6 of my 49 weekly points today...had a day in the house and was in a bit of a picky mood...1st since starting the diet...will be extra careful the rest of the week, xx

Feel fre..im trying to get back into cooking at the moment but most of my menus are made up of convenience food bits and bobs just now...it should get better though as i temp for work and finish my current job tomorrow..so that should give me a bit more time on my hands!!!
