Just frozen water .... I'm positive they'd be okay. After all - if you froze some bottled water yourself you'd think that was okay to have, it's just ice at the end of the day. xx

erm, isn't this the emperor's new clothes?!

money for old rope if you ask me. just get a lolly-making set (in most pound shops, supermarkets etc) and freeze your own water ;) much cheaper and far less wasteful!

but it's just ice! why would you buy ice?
ah well each to their own, lol

yes they'd probably be fine - i guess they have to, for legal reasons, state there's a trace of stuff in them. depends if you're willing to run the gauntlet and take the risk...;)

I'm with Elle-emm here- why spend money on frozen water?

Are they flavoured at all? If they are, I'd stay clear.

Well, ice cubes are a little different- they usually involve alcohol, and you have to create an 'atmosphere'? :p;) If you use a lot it makes sense to buy them as they're only £1 a bag or so?

LOL - when I was on LT last year I used to do a 'big shop' which consisted of a shed load of Volvic & some bathroom / wash supplies.. that took all of 5 minutes... then I used to wander around smelling stuff for 30 mins... :D

    Smelling stuff rocks !

I've wondered about this sparkling water for shakes thing. Tell me do you blend or shake sir? Cus I can't imagine it not going crazy either way? But I'm intrigued by the fizzy chocolate thing -I reckons I'd like that! Pray tell me how!:D

I have one of those magic bullet blender thingies, which is superb for chipping Ice and fizzing up, just remember every 10-15 secs just loosen for a second to release the gas. it only takes 30 or so seconds tops so as long as you vent once or twice its great.

I actually really like them, someone suggested a sweetener as well.......maybe next time.
