iceland fresh meatballs

    Hi

    does anyone know if the fresh meatballs are free? as far as i know they are just meat and seasoning? I tried looking online but cant see them?

    I have just had a look in the food directory and they are not there. If it is just beef and seasoning in them then they should be free...I make my own!!!!

    i just looked at tescos and theirs where 2 syns each will stick to making my own!!!!

    it depends on what kind of meat I suppose, if it's regular mince or extra lean etc... If it's standard mince it will be synned, even lean mince is synned, so unless it's extra lean then it will have a syn value.

    Yeah,probably not syn free as the meat is highly unlikely to be extra lean. Can you post the nutritional values?
