can anyone help?
i brought icelands summer fruits to put in my yogurts etc fr b/fast as freash berries were a) too expensive and b) didnt last very long!
i checked the SYN value on the SWwebsite it that says they are free! yay! but....when u defrst them they end up swimming in juice so are they still free? i try not to use the juice but my vanilla yogurt still ends up bright pink..which odesnt happen with fresh berries xXx
