Hey there guys n girls been living the SW dream for a while now, doing it myself from home, find i go off track quite easily sometimes though OOPS

already keep a food diary at home but maybe doing it online will help me. bumkickings where due please also any help/advice/general chat very welcome!

feel like i have been constantly munching today but at least its mostly been good things - find it helps loads if i prepare incase of a snack attack in work! as i am surrounded by cakes and pasties!! nightmare! so managed to have a biscuit AND crisps AND jelly and still be well within my syns woohoo :) quite proud of that coz didn't feel very well today and that usually makes me majorly hit the munchies!

Dinner - quorn bolognese (quorn mince, tomatoes, passata, onion, basil, garlic, stock) FREE, spaghetti (FREE), marks and spencer white chocolate and raspberry cheesecake (18 SYNS!!!!!!!!!! not listed but worked it out roughly as 20 calories per syn and its 390 calories for one little slice lol it was valentines day pudding so a treat is totally allowed!), vodka (2.5 SYNS)

total syns 29.5 SYNS!! eek

had a really great loss today 2lbs woo! i was 10st 3lb for ages before xmas then gained a little over xmas and quite a lot at my allinclusive holiday in january so its nice to be at the lowest i have been since started SW :)

had a bit of a mega syn day but hey its valentines day its allowed :) plus my lovely bf made me syn free breakfast and dinner <3 yay!

Do you do green days everyday then? I was going to do this as I am not a big meat eater but I wasnt sure if this was allowed?
yeh its totally fine theres plenty veggies who do green days everyday! :) i do almost all green days with the ocassional extra easy day if i fancy some chicken or a bacon roll!

Just thought I'd say your food diary made me feel better reading it! Ive just started and eat lots of bread as my HEB and quorn sausages and tried 1 red day but I felt ill from pure protein all day, but good see you can still lose like you have on greens!!! So I will battle on!!!

glad to help luv! :) think its reassuring to read food diaries to check that you are on track esp when you are new to it all! yeh i do almost all green days as i luv carbs! unlimited potatoes, noodles, rice and pasta is just AMAZING to me that you can loose weight!

really pleased with my weigh in result today had been STS or loosing/gaining the same few pounds for weeks but doing my online food diary seems to be keeping me on track and another pound off today takes me to 2 stone off in total :) its been slow getting here but now v happy!

yay for loosing another pound! defo determined to be into the 9 stones next week!! :) eeek had a mega syn day today! since the muffin in starbucks used up an entire days syns eek! didn't know how many syns it was til i got back and checked :( also had a couple drinks today and went to the cinema and had crisps (at least i had prepared and brought my own crisps and an alpen light!) either way onwards and upwards!! or should that be downwards since thats the direction i want my weight to be moving in!!?​
