a little disappointed to be STS again, thats 3 weeks i have been the same weight now! not had an amazing week foodwise but not too bad either, obv did binge massively on easter choc on sunday but have been fairly good since then. SW seems quite random to me somtimes i am not overly good and loose weight and other times i am fairly good and don't loose anything! oh well aiming for another good week no massive binges and hopefully the scales will shift next week!

Hi, I agree with what you say, I noticed I lost more on rubbish weeks when Ive saved syns up and then gone out drinking!!!! Then weeks where Im not drinking and stick to less than 10 syns per day I don't lose as much!! Anyway keep going you've lost loaddddddds!!!!
