ID menus

I'm planning my first ID tomorrow and wondering how others use their 1200-1400 cals without being too restrictive/wild!!
 
Oh just realised this might be in the wrong area!!! Doh!!
 
im on an ID today and i cut back just by identifying where i was using extra cals, e.g. using full fat mayo, butter etc and swapping to low cal versions, having diet drinks, allocating set number of cals for meals such as 200 for breakfast, 400 for lunch, 600 for dinner and then the rest on snacks. my menu for today is looking a bit like:

B: weetabix with skimmed milk and sweetener approx 200 cals
L: Tuna mayo wholemeal roll 267 cals
Apple 53 cals
Snacksize flake 75 cals
Fromage frais 60 cals
D: chicken curry WW meal 296
micro chips 166
crisps 95

totals around 1220 cals there plus gives leeway for extra little cals from diet drinks, side sauces etc so will prob total more like 1300 which is still good for an ID :)
