Ideas for dinner please,pork or turkey steaks

Looking for something different for dinner tonight,I have some turkey steaks and some boneless pork chops in my fridge,any ideas what I could do with them fellow members ???

I used my turkey steaks by covering in syn free bbq sauce and melting my hea cheese on top. A bit like hunters chicken but turkey! Or i enjoy using some syns and topping them with sweet chilli sauce
