    tinned kippers
    tinned mackeral
    fresh cod
    fresh haddock
    other fish?
salads (what does one put in there salads?)

fish pies? (gonna try the jamie oliver one)
fishcakes (tried salmon ones but didnt like)
    etc etc etc

JUST need some ideas, specially making that sauce for the prawns, yum yum.

    Prawn taglitelli
This dish is amazing and completely free on green if you use prawns as a healthy extra (142g).
    Low cal spray
    two small mushrooms
    tin toms
    salt & pepper
    chilli flakes
    284g prawns (serves 2)
    1. In a wok, fry the sliced mushrooms in fry lite until golden. Season with salt and pepper.
Add 3/4 pint of water and stir and mash a little, leave on the heat for ten mins.
    2. Add a tin of chopped toms and as many hot chilli flakes as you like. I usually use about a teaspoon and a half.
    Heat for about another 5-10.
    3. In the meantime boil a pan of taglitelli pasta.
    4. Now add the prawns to the dish and cook for just 5 mins and add some chopped basil.
    5. Drain and add the pasta to the mix, turning the pasta into the sauce and prawns.
