Ideas for Healthy Extra's

Hi All,
I have just started slimming world again today after not doing it for a few years.
I have a few mazines and in every issue there is a healthy extra update.
Now when I was a member before I always thought there should be a seperate healthy extra book as there are so many, does such a thing exist these days?
If anyone has any ideas for healthy extras it would be great if you could let me know, someone on here has already told me about Alpen Light Bars, they sound yummy.
I cant join until next Tuesday so a bit of help would be brilliant.

350ml skimmed milk
250ml semi-skimmed milk
175ml whole milk
(let me know if you want the soya milk quantities)

Following cheeses are 28g per HEXA
Cheddar, Double gloucester, edam, emmental, gouda, gryere
parmesan, red leicester
Following cheeses are 42g per HEXA
Feta, mozzarella, reduced fat cheddar, reduced fat cheshire

Grab & Go
2x25g dairylea light cheese slices
4x20g dairylea light triangles
2x20g dairylea original triangles
6x17.5g laughing cow extra light triangles
5x17.5g laughing cow light triangles
2 mini babybel emmental cheeses
2 mini babybel light cheddar cheeses
3 mini babybel light cheeses
2 mini babybel original cheeses
I tend to have:
1 Asda wholemeal pitta bread from 6 pack (the only one that is a HeB)
2 Alpen light bars
2 weetabix
7oz new potatoes in skins - Red day only
8oz jacket potato - R Day only

on Green Day:
1oz grated cheese
42g Cathedral city lighter cheese

250ml semi skimmed milk
1oz grated cheese
6 laughing cow light cheese triangles

I've got all the HE's saved as Pdf files though they are from the bodyoptimise site. If someone can tell me it's ok to attach them to a post on here, then I could do that?
