I go on holiday next Saturday by which time I will have been on LT nearly 4 weeks. I don't want to go and spoil my weight loss but I don't want to spoil everyone else's holiday by being a diet bore either. I was thinking about maybe having a light supper (protein and veg) from about Wednesday. I know that there must be some proper advice out there but I just don't know where to look for it. Can anyone help? has anyone tried something similar and succeeded?
