Ideas for the slow cooker

Hi all, I've just got myself a slow cooker (feel like such a grown up spending my hard earned money on cooking utensils!) and need ideas for what to do with it?

Do a google search for slowcooker recipes and then make them Dukan friendly. Also, there are some slowcoker recipes on the recipe thread.

Best yoghurt Ive ever tasted and much cheaper too hate to buy any now if I run out.
Instructions in a thread kindly posted by DontWantToBeFatAt50 (hope ive got your user name right)

Thanks Chris!

Nearly right, you forgot the exclamation mark at the end.

What a bl**dy daft user name.

It seemed a good idea at the time :D .

Anyway, reached 50 last month at a size 10 so at least I reached my g:Dal.

;)

thank you for all the fab slowcooker posts this thread will help loads of us think i should buy another SC and have them side by side yoghurt in one and these recipes in the other :D

You are are welcome!

I bought another slow cooker too, another 1.5ltr one, just big enough to cook stews, casseroles etc for 2 to 3 people.

Don't forget that the link above for the s/c recipes at the Moneysavingexpert site is part two, click on the link in the first post to get part one which has 122 pages to wade through. :D
