Hello everyone, hope you are all well!
Me and hubby are away for a fe wnights at a friends wedding, and staying in a hotel. I'm after some ideas regarding what sort of food would be suitable to take with us in the hotel, so that we can avoid the big cooked breakfasts etc they serve there!!

Ready chargrilled chicken from Sainsbury's (the plain one), lean ham (prepacked, Be good to yourself), ff yoghurts, sf jelly, dukan muffins, slices of roast beef, cherry tomatoes.

Go with the flow - have a cooked breakfast, but order a smoked haddock or a kipper with a poached egg: it will set you up for the day! Or just ask for some scrambled egg and bacon.

Many hotels do a continental style buffet breakfast, with cold meats and cheeses. You won't be able to have the cheese, but the cold meats will probably be OK.

Or have some yoghurt and a boiled egg, sprinkle bran on top of yoghurt?
