hey all, im not new to this, just find it hard to stay on plan for long o_O
anyway, this is just a practice before jan arrives :eek: again! gosh where do these years go? my little girl is 2 in jan also so time to shift these pounds
trying to be as good as can be up until xmas, then fresh start in jan, im 5'7 and currently weigh 12.2, well i was last weeks weigh in but after the food and drink i consumed at the weekend im scared to weigh again! :mad:

anyhow .... look forward to some diet buddies to keep me on track! xx

so tomorrows plan

bfast - cuppa tea 1 sugar and milk (1syn)
weetabix and milk (hex a and b)

snacks - orange n apple

lunch - chicken salad with rice, fat free vinegarette, blueberries and ww yoghurt (not sure how many syns but thats all iv got in???)

dinner - pork chops, stuffed pepper with cous cous and salad, mayo (1 syn)
