Right, I've been far too complacent recently (and it's only week 4 lol!) so I'm going to give you guys a chance to hopefully tell me what I'm doing wrong.

I'm also resigned to the fact that I might be taking the scenic route to weight loss, but if I am doing something wrong then I might be able to speed up those losses!

Day 1: 10/02/2010 - Original - WI day!

Apple & Blueberry Oatso Simple (6.5 Syns)
190ml skimmed milk (from HEA1)

Rhubarb Mullerlight (Free)
Lemon Hifi bar (HEB1)

Mixed salad (leaves, cucumber, beetroot, carrot, tomato, sweetcorn) (superfree, 1.5 Syns for sweetcorn)
2 x boiled eggs (free)
3 x chicken slices (free)
Small amount of fresh pineapple (superfree) - finished as snack

2 cans Pepsi Max - spread over afternoon (free)
Rest of pineapple (superfree)

Lamb casserole (lamb neck fillet, beef Oxo stock, carrots, onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce) (free/superfree)
227g jacket potato (HEB2)

Used the rest of my milk on tea!

Never was very good at keeping a diary everyday lol!!

Well, today was an EE day....

2 slices full size wholemeal bread (8 Syns)
2 tsp Lurpak Lighter butter (3 Syns)

Toffee and pecan Hifi (HEB)
3 Light Mini Babybels (HEA)
Low Fat Chicken Super Noodles (Free)
3 cups tea (1.5 Syns for milk)

Salad (leaves, cucumber, peppers, beetroot) (Superfree)
2 x turkey slices (Free)
2 x eggs (Free)

Pasta bolognese:
Pasta (Free)
Extra lean beef mince (Free)
Garlic (Superfree)
Peppers (Superfree)
Carrots (Superfree)
Tomatoes (Superfree)
Gherkins (Superfree)

Total Syns: 12.5 (a bit high for me)

Told you I was rubbish at keeping a diary!

I'm still having ridiculously slow losses, so I've joined a 100% for 4 weeks challenge and I'm starting today. I want to lose 4-8lbs in the next 4 weeks so I'm really ramping it up! I'm trying to include more Speed/Superspeed foods in my diet and will be making the soup tonight!
