Well, as I said in my blog, I have always been cynical of VLC and meal replacement diets as I wondered how it would stay off when you ate normally.

But I have put my doubts aside and started LL today.

I need a weight loss boost to give me motivation.

I tried the 1st shake for breakfast and, ok it wasn't a slice of toast but it was OK. Just glad it doesn't need milk.

Ordered a couple of boxes of soups for lunches as the 2 free ones that came with the starter kit are chicken and beef and I am veggi!

Talking of the starter kit, the shake mixer is excellent. Has the fluid levels clearly marked and made my shake lovely and fluffy and creamy.

Now just need to get some good scales and i will start to monitor losses.
