Serena- teach me your magic! How did you get your yummy meat free roast for 10pp?

Mum's cooking a roast and I'm pointing it. 100g of the chicken is 5pp. I weighed the potatoes and 125g roast potatoes is 5pp! That's three! That's half your whole pointed dinner :p and I've not even started to point the parsnips, stuffing balls and yorkshire pudding yet.

Hey Sarah, I had Raw Weight 100g Garlic n Rosemary Roast Potatoes (2pp), 2 Yorkshire Puds (2pp), Raw Weight 90g Roast Parsnips (2pp), 2x50g Sage n Onion Stuffing Balls (3pp) and 192ml Aunt Bessie Onion Gravy (1pp). Baby Corn/Broccoli/Carrots/String Beans are obviously 0pp! It's as easy as that ;-) x
 
Were your roast potatoes pre-packaged? Like Aunt Bessies or something? Cos I weighed out the potato mum had prepared (raw) and it was 125g and it will be cooked in fat later so I put in 125g roast potato cooked in fat on my WW app and it said 5pp :(

Mine were Raw New Potatoes but I only use a squirt of Fry-Light (0pp) and Sprinkling of Garlic n Rosemary Seasoning (0pp) so they are no different in pp to if I steamed them, just super tastier lol.x

I'm trying! Gonna take a walk to Morrissons soon, thought the walk would do me and Poppy good :) and I might be able to get some bargains which I can freeze, freezer is looking empty with the school holidays!!! Need to resist buying any fruit n veg, however cheap it is, I don't need it!!! X

Yeh dont do it step away from the fruit and veg. Wen poppy goes to bed 2nite have a realy nice hot bath and go straite to bed.x

Hope I get some quiches and stuff I can stick straight in freezer, think I might just do that, might even try a cup of hot milk even though I don't drink milk lol x
 
Honestly have it b4 your bath with your milk. What have u gota loose wel a few pp for the bread but it wil b worth it.x

I think I've forgotten what a good nights sleep is! X

Just back from Morrissons, no real bargains :-( Got Poppy a Cupcake for 25p, 5 Bagels for 15p and got myself a treat of a Twirl for later as ill have 6pp left after dinner. X
 
Ahh I must get some fry lite. Must be the oil making it high in points.

Yeah definitely, Fry Light is a godsend, lasts forever too! X
 
Can't help with the sleep as I'm a terrible sleeper, was up at half 4 this morning cos I couldn't sleep, but I did get most of my craft room cleaned up so there's a bonus lol! Have a great holiday :character00238:

Today has been a productive day, I stripped the beds off and remade them with cleaning bedding, packed both suitcases, portioned out Poppy's snacks for the 5 days, walked to Morrissons for some exercise/fresh air!

Just cooked my Last Supper and here it is....

3 Quorn Sausages (5pp) which I have glazed with 11g BBQ Sauce (0pp) and then cooked, if anyone has ever tried Quorn you'll know it can be quite tasteless/dry, this glaze made them so much more tasty for no extra PP!
150g Cheesy Mash (3pp)
Steamed Baby Corn/Broccoli/Carrots/String Beans (0pp)

A seriously tasty and filling meal for only 8pp!

I have my evening planned out once Poppy is in bed, I am going to have a Hot Bubbly Bath, 2 Cadbury Twirl Fingers (6pp) and 176ml of Hot Skimmed Milk (1pp). Hope to God I sleep, so irritable today where I'm so tired!

I was going to have Gravy but had to use the 1PP on the Milk instead :-( Had 27g of Mint Sauce as that was 0pp lol.x
