My 2 best friends are both very slim, and really don't thinka bout what they eat. They both, without fail, regularly alternate eatalot days with notsohungry days. Completely without thinking. They'll go out for a meal one day, be not so hungry another, have pizza and a bottle of wine on a saturday, breakfast, and a roast dinner on a sunday, have days where they eat very little, and days when they stuff their faces. And I can honestly say, and this is where I wish I could be like them, they don't hink about it. They think, 'am I hungry, do I fancy that', they do not think, 'i'd better force some food down, i've only had x points or calories', they do not think, 'if i have this now, i'll have to starve tomorrow'. It just so happens, by listening to their bodies, it balances out. They certainly do not eat the same amount of calories or points each day. It varies greatly.
