If you're not working how to keep self occupied during SS

I'm on CDSS and I have way too much time for my own good!

I have no kids, I'm off work for a good few months, I used to volunteer for the RSPCA, now I live too far, and having this much time is dangerous, for anyone on the same diet will know.... any suggestions?

Get out walking, clean the house from top to bottom, go visit family and friends ( but don't allow them to let you cheat), write a diary for CD to help keep your mind focused, put on an excercise DVD and try have a go at it, read insperational/ motivational books.... keeps your mind on track. I hope some of these suggestions may help.

Is there a gym near you
Not only working out but nice swin, sauna steam jacuzzi etc then read a book by the pool very relaxing and can easily take up half day if youve got the spare time
