Hi all
I didn't get weighed last week as I was at a wedding. I'd done a week of refeed (first 3 days to the letter, days 4-7 a little bit more relaxed) prior and didn't worry about the food and drink for the wedding. I'd planned for it so knew there was a possibility I'd gain.
I ate the meal at the wedding, had a fair few glasses of wine, then the next morning I went and had an english breakfast (all planned) and on Saturday night I hit the wine again.
I went back on the shakes on Monday morning and went to get weighed this morning. I was expecting a gain but would have been happy with a maintain.
Well, I've lost 3lbs!!!!! Could not believe it.
SO, I think this just goes to prove that the re-feed doesn't have to be so scary. I was worried about it but there was no need.
Only 17lbs to target now!! Whoop whoop!!
