Well done, thats a great loss in 2 weeks.
I've only been on CS since tuesday this week. You replace 2 meals a day with either a shake/soup/bar, 3 snacks a day, and 1 main meal which should consist of 1/4 meat and 3/4 veg, its a low carb diet.
Got my sisters wedding in May and really need to shift some weight, i'm bridesmaid, so i'm hoping it works
