Sounds like a typical bully. I would have a word with your cons. Its up to her to speak to this woman and tell her to pull her neck out. I'm surprised your cons hasn't said anything already esp when she said she would find out how much you'd put on - like the others have said be really nice to her smile sweetly and beat the hell out of her!!
