Right firmly back on track, no exercise today tho, been working since 6 n I'm pooped!

Breakfast - scrambled egg n beans on one large slice wholemeal toast

Lunch - ham n light mayo on one slice wholemeal ( large slice)

Dinner - tuna, light mayo m, jacket pot n salad

Snacks so far - riveta fruit crunch slice
 
Weighed in this morning to see where I'm at. 10st 6.4 up again .2. Only small but I don't want any gain. Only myself to blame tho. Not weighing now till next fri. 6 wk's tomorrow I'll b in Tenerife, I want to b at least 9st 10 so I've got 10.4 lb to lose, less than 2lb a wk so it's very doable! Sick of posting the same things every wk now! Just need to stick with it x
 
Yeh just set urself goal of 2lb a wk n anymore is a bonus! I'm dreading getting in a bikini! I'm a bridesmaid for my friend in sep n last fitting is July. I want to b 9st 7 at the most for then x x

Breakfast - porridge with skimmed milk n bit golden syrup

Lunch - tikka mugshot ( had breakfast late n wasn't that hungry)

Going to have jacket pot beans n light baby bell for dinner.
 
Right so I've jumped on the slimming world band wagon. It seems everyone on here is following the plan n so is my mate from work. I have done the plan before n lost quite a bit of weight but on the red days. Green days didnt agree with me as I didn't lose much. I think this time round I will mainly do extra easy as I think this will suit me best. I started yesterday, having to look online n ask people things in syns as I haven't got any books yet. There is a meeting near me on fri so all being well n if I've lost I will join then. This was yesterday ....

Extra easy ..
A - 250ml milk
B - 2 x sml whole meal bread

Breakfast - fruit berry salad

Lunch - wholemeal banana sandwich

Dinner - chicken stir fry with egg noodles n sauce

Snacked on - satsumas, peach, lean ham, bit tuna , 0% fat free Yog

Syns - egg noodles - 2.5 syns
Riveta - 1.5
Butter - 3
Half tbsp light mayo - 1
Stir fry sauce - 4

Total -12/105

Please tell me if I'm going wrong anywhere, thanks x x
