Im back! Again!

Hello!

Well, after 5 months faffing around - but not actually putting any weight on - I am back to 3 shakes a day to shift a little more of this fat!

Day one today and feeling ok. Just had my 3rd shake and have drank almost 3 litres of water.

How is everyone else today?

3 ltrs of water is alot. i went through a stage of drinking a big 2 ltr bottle of water a day and found it really hard. but the weight did drop of quickly. just have to wee alot :p
