Sunday 20th september will be the start of my new life!! I am going to be able to start riding lessons again early next year and go back to the things I love.
Any advice and as much support as possible will be greatly received guys!!!!
Hey Sarah, you know you can do this, use that hubby of yours for support. Keep glugging, write down your list of why you want to lose weight and look at that when you are struggling. You'll be back on that horse and riding before you know it, but stick with it. I'd also recommend you sign up for Icemoose's weekly newsletters and read the previous newsletters in his archive. I read one about if you think the second time will be harder then it will be, but it doesn't need to be if you change your thinking - really struck a chord with me.
