I'm back, but a bit lost

Hello everyone, it's been awhile since I last logged on, but I'm determined to shift this last 5 lbs to get to goal. I have lost all my old sw books, mags and info, so I was just wondering if anyone could tell me if there's anywhere I can get an updated list of healthy extras. I know the basics, but was wondering if anything like sandwich thins or wraps had been added. A big thank you in advance xx
