So after yet another break... Im back... weighing in at a massive 12 stone 2lbs lol opps!

Going to have to rethink my goal date... Ive got 30lbs to lose.... oh dear! Onwards and upwards (well downwards with the weight!)

Im feeling much better about it all again now, I know I can do this...
