Im back on it now

I had a few major blips the past 2 weeks but now i am focussed and back on it. While i was messing around eating rubbish i have put on 8lbs :eek: :break_diet:8lbs on in 2 weeks is disgusting :jelous: so i am back now and more determined than ever to shift the weight!

I suppose i best amend my ticker :cry:

hi and welcome back ;) I've been messing around too the past two weeks, i've put on a few pounds but haven't updated my ticker with it as i'm hoping i can work it all off by official weigh in on saturday and maybe have *yet another* STS week.

How did the house move go?
Don't beat yourself up too much about the 8lbs, if you have been eating carbs then this 8lb will be gone in no time as it will be mostly water-weight.

House move went surprisingly well thans :) I think that is what has unsettled me but i am back in the right frame of mind so i am quite confident that i can stick to it this time :D

I had to update my ticker because i feel ashamed of putting so much back on so quickly so if i can see the change in my ticker then it will hopefully spur me into sticking to plan 100% when i feel like having a cheeky snack as i dont want to be back at square one. I am a very visual person :)

Dya know what i already feel the lbs falling off me :D
