I'm back after reaching my goal last Easter and managed to keep most of it off up until the dreaded CHRISTMAS and NEW YEAR! I've put on almost a stone over the festive period and it's so uncomfortable. I'm sooooooo happy to be back on Lipo, and I really mean it. You know where you stand with it.
