I'm Back

Hi hope everyone is doing well. I havent been on for a while as i have been unwell and had to have an operation so had to come off LT which i was not happy about. Alot of people have commented on my weight loss so that kept me motivated to get back on this amazing diet. Been given the all clear now and i start again tommorow and the good news is that i managed to sts so havent got any extra pounds to lose. Hope to catch up with how all of you are doing and can't wait to shed some more pounds.

Thank you both. Feel much better now and even more motivated to carry on with LT. Been lookin at how much everyone has lost while i have been gone and I am so impressed. Can't wait to start again x x

Welcome back Shaz. Sorry to hear that you've been poorly. It's great that you've been given the all clear to start again. Fantastic that you STS as you can start where you left off.

Thank you all for your kind words. Back on LT today and feeling really good. I don't think i would be able to do it without all of you though. Thank you all for the support and can't wait for my weigh in next week. Two weeks off LT has felt like forever x x
