I don't know if there are still people on here from when I did CD in 2008, but if there are then Hi!

I've come back! BUT, not because I've put weight on (I haven't). I am now ready to lose the last bit of weight to get me back to my pre baby weight.
I initially decided to do it with sw, but found myself bloated and craving allsorts, and giving in to the cravings...... In a weird way, the 'strictness' of cd helps me to stick to it (most of the time). So I'm going to get this last bit off doing the 1000cal plan (might drop down to 810, not decided yet).

I have heard there are a couple of new foods on the 810 list. Does anyone know what they are?
