Hi,

After a hard 2 weeks (close family friend died) i am back to calorie counting as of now, so a new start for me.

same plan as before - 1200 - 1400 cals, keeping food options low fat and the best i can make them to make my cals go further and of course increasing my exercise.

looking forward to getting back to it xxxx

Very sorry to hear a close family friend passed away, it takes time to come to terms with the loss:hug99:

Good luck with your calorie counting plan and exercise, sounds good.
