im back! :-)


After a hard 2 weeks (close family friend died) i am back to calorie counting as of now, so a new start for me.

same plan as before - 1200 - 1400 cals, keeping food options low fat and the best i can make them to make my cals go further and of course increasing my exercise.

looking forward to getting back to it xxxx

yes it certainly does, he was same age as me and died of a massive heart attack so a BIG wake up call for me!
