helloooo..again!
im back!!
.. ive been away for the last 2 weeks and havent been sticking to my plan!
and ive put of 5lbs :O
..so starting fresh again today..and here's my food diary for today!!..
Breakfast.
30g frosted flakes & 125ml skimmed milk - 5points
Lunch.
bacon & salad roll - 11points
Dinner.
cheese & tomato pasta - 15points
