    helloooo..again!
    im back!!
    .. ive been away for the last 2 weeks and havent been sticking to my plan!
    and ive put of 5lbs :O
    ..so starting fresh again today..and here's my food diary for today!!.. :)

    Breakfast.
    30g frosted flakes & 125ml skimmed milk - 5points
    Lunch.
    bacon & salad roll - 11points
    Dinner.
    cheese & tomato pasta - 15points
    Snacks.
    grapes 0points
    wotsits 3points
    Total.
    34//40

    its raining today :( but im still happy :D

    2 salad cream rolls - 8
    yoghurt - 1
    squares 3

    dinner
    mashed potato - 8
    cheese & bacon grill - 5
    baked beans - 2

    32/40 - prob have some snacks later.
