Hey Guys,
Im back.. after putting all my weight back on..
Ah well..
New start is today.. im going to thailand in sept and want to be able to wear a bikini..
Im aiming for 2 stone in 3 months, but if i even manage to get 1.5 stone id be happy..
Ill be annoying ye all again as usual for syn values and menu ideas...
I hope i can contribute also
